Multiple Items:
We will combine as many items as we can for the original quoted shipping. Each time we need to split an order into multiple boxes the shipping will double. Higher shipping and handling cost prevail.

Placing Your Order: What are the benefits of ordering online?

Shipping Time: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping time will vary depending on location (typical transit time is 14-20 business days).

Tracking Info: How is tracking information provided?
Tracking information is provided via email, typically within 2 days of your order being placed online. The tracking information will be located on your final receipt/invoice.

Freight Damage: What do I do if my order is damaged in transit?
Freight and shipping damage shall be reported to Outboard Motor Center within three (3) calendar days of receipt of goods. It is the purchaser/customer responsibility to note any damage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage has occurred to the order, purchaser shall make note of such before signing for delivery. Customer shall not refuse delivery of the order based on damage. In the event of shipping or freight damage, customer shall keep and safeguard all factory packaging, including, but not limited to, all external packaging, all internal styrofoam, bubble wrap, and cardboard supports. In the event a product was damaged during shipment and proper and timely notification was given to Outboard Motor Center, Outboard Motor Center will file a damage claim with the carrier. Damage or loss of goods that are outside the control of Outboard Motor Center is not to be considered basis for waiver of the cancellation and refused shipments provision contained herein.

Trade-Ins: Do you accept trade-ins?
No. Sorry, we do not accept trade-ins outside of our own local market. Due to shipping costs, it is nearly impossible to run a successful trade-in operation. Selling your engine outright will generally yield higher returns and there is no wasted shipping cost.

Free Shipping:
If an item is offered with Free Shipping – Free shipping is for Indonesia Only. If you are unsure if you are in this area please email us before making your purchase. No free international shipping.
Original postage will be deducted from refunded items that were offered with Free Shipping.

Returns
Return within 30 days for a refund or replacement.
We reserve the right to replace or refund the purchase amount at our discretion.
To get a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA), the customer must first contact us.
Any warranty item must be returned in the same condition as when it was received.
All items must be returned in their original condition, including all contents and components.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping, however we will cover the cost of sending the replacement.

Attention International Buyers
Import duties, taxes and brokerage prices are no longer covered in the object rate or transport charges. These prices are the consumers responsibility. Please take a look at with your country’s customs workplace to decide what these extra expenses will be prior to order/buying.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
