- 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any legitimate reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.
- Misrepresentation: In the rare event that we misrepresent an item or send the incorrect product, we will gladly cover all shipping costs associated with the return.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be in brand new, resalable condition and in their original packaging. A restocking fee of 10% or more may apply for items not meeting these criteria.
- Return Process: Please contact us prior to returning any items to obtain a return number, ensuring a smooth return experience.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and transferred to your bank account within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at outboardmotorcenter@gmail.com and return your item to Outboard Motor Center.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the gift giver.
